Meaningful Involvement of MPAs
ETRA member companies currently have three Mentor-Protégé Agreements in place with Terranear PMC, Los Alamos Technical Associates, and Turnkey Transportation Services, and will establish a site-specific MPA with LeGacy, LLC. These agreements will be used toaccess resources and needed capabilities on a time-critical basis.
ETRA University - Modeled after Northrop Grumman's Apprenticeship School established in 1919, ETRA University will provide leadership development programs and will feature educational partnerships with local schools and colleges. The ETRA U program will provide specific training to the subcontracting community as a pre-qualification to performing onsite work.
